Andrew R. Stolfi
DCBS Director/Insurance Commissioner
In addition to serving as Insurance Commissioner, Andrew R. Stolfi is Director of the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS). Commissioner Stolfi joined DCBS in February 2018 after six years at the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS). Before joining the IAIS, he served in various senior management roles at the Illinois Department of Insurance. His legal background includes serving in the Office of the Governor of the State of Illinois, as a judicial law clerk, and for the City of Chicago Law Department.
